*NEWS* about _Publication_ : We have now an agreement with the German 
Informatics society (GI, Gesellschaft fur Informatik) about publishing 
the workshop proceedings in the esteemed proceedings series "Lecture 
Notes in Informatics" (LNI)! For this reason, all submissions should 
comply in format and layout with the LNI instructions! You can download 
the LNI paper template (in "Word" or "LaTeX") from 
http://www.gi-ev.de/service/publikationen/lni.html
