9th Working Conference on Mining Software Repositories (MSR)

Jun 2-3, 2012. Zurich, Switzerland

The Mining Software Repositories (MSR) field analyzes the rich data
available in software repositories to uncover interesting and
actionable information about software systems and projects. The goal
of this two-day working conference is to advance the science and
practice of MSR.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM

The MSR 2012 program includes:

- Keynote by Prof. Margaret-Anne Storey (University of Victoria,
Canada): "The Evolution of the Social Programmer"

- Keynote by Dr. Dongmei Zhang (Microsoft Research Asia): "Software
Analytics in Practice - Approaches and Experiences"

- 18+11 highly-refereed short and long papers covering various MSR topics.

- 6 reports from the Mining challenge. Microsoft Research sponsored an
XBOX 360 as prize for the best challenge paper.

Students and members of ACM and IEEE are entitled to reduced fees. The
