The 11th International Conference on Software Engineering Research,
Management and Applications (SERA 2013) provides an international
forum where researchers, practitioners and advanced graduate
students are invited to share their experience and exchange new
ideas related to all aspects of software engineering research and
applications. The conference particularly welcomes contributions
at the junction of theory and practice, which serve to disseminate
research with an immediate impact on applications. Designed to
cover the complete software lifecycle from design through
deployment to maintenance and evolution, the conference is

Submission guidelines
=====================

The accepted papers will be published by the IEEE Computer Society
Conference Publishing Services (CPS). Selected quality papers will
be published by Springer in Studies in Computational Intelligence
(SCI).

Submissions to the conference will be judged on the basis of
originality, relevance, technical soundness and presentation
quality. Papers should be written in English and not exceed
ten pages in IEEE CS format (two columns). Length of the final
manuscript should not exceed eight pages. Up to two extra pages
(total of ten) can be purchased during the registration time.
