Call for Papers

COMPSAC is the IEEE Computer Society Signature Conference on Computers,
Software, and Applications. It is
one of the major international forums for academia, industry, and
government to discuss research results,
advancements and future trends in computer and software technologies and
applications. The technical program
includes keynote addresses, research papers, industrial case studies,
panel discussions, fast abstracts,
doctoral symposium, poster sessions, and  workshops on important emerging
topics. With rapidly
growing trends in making computations and data both mobile and
cloud-based, such systems are being designed and deployed
worldwide. However, there still exist several challenges when they are
applied across or to different domains.
COMPSAC 2015 will provide a platform for in-depth discussion of such
challenges in emerging
application domains such as smart and connected health, wearable
computing, the Internet-of-Things, cyber-physical
systems, and the Smart planet.
COMPSAC 2015 is organized as a tightly integrated union of  symposia,
each of which  focuses on a particular technical segment. Please visit

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research work and
novel computer applications in full-paper format.
Simultaneous submission to other publication venues is not permitted. The
review and selection process for submissions
is designed to identify papers that break new ground and provide
substantial support for their results and conclusions
as significant contributions to the field. Submissions will be selected
that represent a major advancement in the
subject of the symposia to which they are submitted. Authors of
submissions with a limited contribution or scope may
be asked to revise their submissions into a more succinct camera-ready
format; e.g., a short paper, workshop paper,
fast abstract, or poster.
 COMPSAC 2015 will also feature a workshops program for topics closely
related to the conference
theme, Mobile and Cloud Systems - Challenges and Applications. Special
sessions such as Fast Abstract and Industry
Papers will be applicable especially for researchers and engineers who
would like to present a new, early and
work-in-progress ideas, method, and analysis. The Doctoral Symposium will
provide a forum for doctoral students to
interact with other students, faculty mentors, industry and government.
Students will have the opportunity to
present and discuss their research goals, methodology, and preliminary
results within a constructive and international
atmosphere.
