We invite the submission of full-length papers on completed research to the
International Conference on Information Systems and Applications (ICISA
2016), which will be held on 17th and 18th of February 2016 in the Kingdom
of Bahrain. ICISA 2016 is an international refereed conference that
promotes the collaboration between academics and professionals within the
field of Information Systems. The theme of this conference is “Building an
Innovative Society through Information Systems”. In the past decade, there
has been an increasing emphasis on the role of Information Systems in
shaping societies. These systems provide individuals with information that
not only improves their standard of living but also makes them more
innovative and productive. Moreover, governments have realized that for
improved sustainability of their economies, they need to create an
environment for innovation. This can only be realized through the
development and use of Information Systems that contribute to the growth
and prosperity of their societies. Thus, this conference provides a venue
