Call for Participation

We invite you to attend the ACM/IEEE International Symposium on Empirical
Software Engineering and Measurement (ESEM), the premier conference for
presenting research results related to empirical software engineering. ESEM
provides a stimulating forum where researchers and practitioners can
present and discuss recent research results on a wide range of topics, in
addition to exchanging ideas, experiences and challenging problems. The
11th edition of ESEM 2017 conference will be held in Toronto, Canada from
November 9th to 10th, 2017 (http://www.ryerson.ca/dsl/eseiw2017). You can
register for ESEM or its co-located events at:

http://www.scs.ryerson.ca/eseiw2017/registration.html

——————Keynote addresses
http://www.scs.ryerson.ca/eseiw2017/ESEM/keynotes.html

We have two exciting keynote addresses:
-Designing for people - the emerging role of Design in software quality
Kevin Grignon, IBM Business Analytics

-Industry-Academia Communication in Empirical Software Engineering
Dr.Per Runeson, Lund University, Sweden

——————Full, short, industrial and poster papers
http://www.scs.ryerson.ca/eseiw2017/ESEM/program.html

The ESEM full and short paper research track presents state-of-the-art
empirical software engineering research in a stimulating forum for both,
researchers and practitioners.

The ESEM Industry track is one of the major forums to present results
(positive or negative) concerning the experience of applying/evaluating
software engineering technologies (methods, techniques and tools) in real
industrial settings.

The ESEM Poster Session is a forum where authors present their speculative,
late-breaking results, or for presenting new and innovative work in an
informal and interactive setting.
