This is a reminder that the early-bird registration deadline for ACM EICS 2018 is in one week, on May 31st.

EICS 2018 will be held from June 19th to June 22nd in Paris, France.

EICS 2018 [2] is the tenth international conference devoted to engineering usable and effective interactive computing systems. Work presented at EICS covers the full range of aspects that come into play when "engineering" interactive systems, such as innovations in the design, development, deployment, verification and validation of interactive systems.

The technical program will consist of:
- presentations of full papers accepted to the PACM-HCI (EICS series) journal in the last year [3,4];
- TechNotes, a new track introduced this year [5];
- Late-Breaking Results;
- two keynotes;
as well as:
- two workshops;
- a tutorial;
- a doctoral consortium.

Social events include:
- a welcome reception on June 20th on the top floor of the University's tower, offering magnificent views on the city [6];
- a dinner on June 21st.
