26th ACM International Systems and Software Product Line Conference (SPLC
2022)
September 12-16, 2022
Venue: Graz University of Technology, Graz, Austria
Consolidated Call for Papers

=======================================
The Systems and Software Product Line Conference (SPLC) is a premier forum
where researchers, practitioners, and educators can present and discuss the
most recent ideas, trends, experiences, and challenges in the area of
software and system product lines engineering. Conference events include
opportunities to hear industry leaders' real-world experiences and
researchers' latest ideas and to learn from both.
=====
Tracks
=====
* Research Papers
The International Systems and Software Product Lines Conference (SPLC) is
the leading conference on variability and configuration of hardware and
software systems. Researchers, practitioners, and educators present and
discuss the most recent research breakthroughs, ideas, trends, experiences,
challenges and solutions to advance the state-of-the-art. SPLC is ranked as
a top conference and for this 26th edition, we strive to continue the
success of previous years by welcoming high-quality submissions for the
research track.
* Industrial Systems and Software Product Lines in Practice Papers
Product-line engineering has been adopted in a broad variety of industrial
domains and many organizations have already benefited by improving
customizability and quality. We seek contributions from industrial and
academic researchers on applications of product-line engineering to
software and systems in practice, sharing their specifics, challenges,
successes, and evaluations in all stages of technology readiness levels.
* Challenge Cases and Solutions Papers
We highly encourage community members to provide concrete sets of case
studies and problems that showcase SPL-related challenges. First, there
will be a call for cases where researchers or practitioners are encouraged
to contribute a concrete case study. Then, after the accepted case studies
are published, there will be a call for solutions. Both accepted case
descriptions and solutions will be included in the conference proceedings.
* Journal First Papers
Authors of journal-first papers are invited to submit their publications to
present their work at SPLC. This is an opportunity to speak directly to the
community and offer SPLC attendees a richer set of presentations.
* Workshop Proposals
We invite the community to submit proposals for one or two- day workshops
in the field. In particular, workshops on challenging, emerging areas
related to conference topics.
* Demonstrations and Tools
This track highlights live demonstrations of product-line tools and of
practices tackling current industrial challenges.
* Doctoral Symposium Papers
The SPLC Doctoral Symposium aims to provide a supportive environment that
enables doctoral students to get constructive feedback on their research.
Students will have the opportunity to discuss their work with experienced
members of the community.
* Tutorial Proposals
Tutorials provide a valuable opportunity for participants to expand their
knowledge and skills in product line engineering. Tutorials may focus on
introductory product lines topics, or on advanced tools, approaches,
methods, and best practices.
