ICUMT-T is positioned as a premier international annual conference for the presentation of original and fundamental research and engineering results. The aim of ICUMT-T is to bring together Russian and international players in telecommunications. The conference will consist of plenary sessions, open call sessions and workshops.<br>
The ICUMT Congress 2010 is supported by the Russian scientific funding agencies as well as by Popov Society (IEEE Sister) and regarded as very important part of scientific life of Russia.<br>The congress has strong industrial support from worldwide leading vendors as well as national companies and SMEs.<br>
The conference proceedings (including workshops) will be published in IEEE Xplore (pending) and indexed in relevant databases (such as EI-index).<br>Authors of selected outstanding papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers for consideration of publication in a special issue.</p>

<p>Paper submission<br>The authors are encouraged to submit full papers describing original, previously unpublished, complete research, not currently under review by another conference or journal, addressing state-of-the-art research and development in all areas of computer networking and data communications. All papers will be reviewed and accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings, published in IEEE Xplore (pending). Papers must be submitted electronically in the EDAS in double column IEEE format. The maximum size of paper should be 8 pages including tables and figures. The first page must contain an abstract of about 150 words, 3-5 keywords, name and affiliation of author(s) as well as the corresponding author's e-mail and postal address. Authors of selected outstanding papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers for consideration of publication in a special issue.<br>
