we are inviting Special Sessions, which will be added to the technical program

papers of special sessions will be included in the conference proceedings
published by IEEE Press (IEEE eXpress Conference Publishing group) and will be
included in the IEEE Xplorer?(indexed in EI) (Pending Approval) . Selected
papers of special sessions can be also recommended to the journal special
issues of the main conference.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
