6th European Computer Science Summit - ECSS 2010 <br>

The ECSS 2010, with this year theme<b><i> Informatics: The Changing
Landscape</i></b>, is now soliciting contributions on topics of
interest to the ECSS audience:
deans, research laboratory directors, professors and other opinion
leaders in
informatics (computer science, IT, etc.) throughout Europe.<br>
<br>
Like its predecessors, ECSS is the meeting place for anyone interested
in
issues of research, education and policy in Informatics. For the first
time,
ECSS moves to the Eastern half of the continent and will take place in
Prague, the capital of Czech Republic. The speakers are an impressive
group of
world-class researchers who will present their latest advances and
debate the
future of the field. Our select list includes: Moshe Vardi, Carlo
Ghezzi,
Alfred Spector, Sabine Kruspig, Jan Sedivy, Hannu Tenhunen, Andrey
Terekhov.</span> The ECSS 2010 also counts with two special workshops -
Workshop
for Department Chairs and Research Directors and EQANIE Workshop - on
October
11. <span style="">The
program will include presentations of papers submitted in response to
the
present call.<br>

solutions of particular relevance to Central and Eastern Europe are

The European Computer Science Summit 2010 will take place in Prague at
the Diplomat Hotel.The 4-star Diplomat

center
