= OVERVIEW =<br />
Recently, advances in computing and communication technologies are creating exciting new paradigms and are emerging as disciplines to provide intelligent computing and communication services all the time, everywhere, such as ubiquitous/pervasive computing and communication, smart/Intelligent computing and communication, green computing and communication, and so on.<br />
<br />
This emergence is a natural outcome of research and technological advances in wireless networks, computer communication, mobile computing and distributed computing. And its explosive impact on our daily life can be compared to that of computer over the past century. So, we must realize computing and communications are an important base and trend for present and future information technologies.<br />
<br />
The primary goal of this workshop is to provide researchers and academic communities around the world with the highest quality articles while reporting the state-of-the-art research results and scientific findings.<br />
<br />
Original contributions, not currently under review to another journal or conference, are solicited in relevant areas including, but not limited to, the following: <br />

Paper Submission and Publication<br />

There will be a combination of presentations including scientific papers. <br />
Prospective authors are invited, in the first instance, to submit papers for oral presentations in any of the areas of interest for this workshop. Authors should submit a paper with 6-8 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references. <br />
If you want to submit more than page limitation, you can add up to 2 extra pages with the appropriate fee payment.<br />
<br />
All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) - Springer (indexed by EI and SCOPUS).<br />
<br />
Papers must strictly adhere to page limits as follows. <br />
- Full Paper: 8 pages (Max 2 extra pages allowed at additional cost) <br />
- Regular Paper: 6 pages (Max 2 extra pages allowed at additional cost) <br />
<br />
Papers exceeding the page limits will be rejected without review.<br />
<br />
Instructions for papers in the Springer's LNEEㄗNote that the paper format of LNEE is the same as that of LNCSㄘ<br />
<br />
- Prepare your paper in the exact format as the sample paper for LNEE. Failure to do so may result in the exclusion of your paper from the proceedings. Please read the authors' instructions carefully before preparing your papers. <br />
- Springer accepts both Microsoft Word and LaTex format in the Lecture Note Series. However, FTRA does not accept the use of LaTex. Therefore, you should use the Microsoft Word instead of using LaTex (The paper will be excluded from the proceeding if you use LaTex). Springer provides the relevant templates and sample files for both PC (sv-lncs.dot) and Mac (sv-lncs) environments. <br />
