</span><br>INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS<br>===========================<br>Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers following the guidelines<br>
posted on the conference website <a href="http://www.icics.info/icics2013" target="_blank">http://www.<span class="il">icics</span>.info/icics2013</a>.<br>Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and prospective authors are expected to<br>
present their papers at the conference. The papers that are accepted and presented<br>
at the conference will appear in CD proceedings, in the<br>ACM Digital Library (pending approval) and in DBLP.<br>Best paper and best student paper will be selected by peer reviews and will be announced<br>during the social event at the conference.<br>
