The MobiCom conference series serves as a highly selective, premier international forum addressing networks, systems, algorithms, and applications that support mobile computers and wireless networks.<br><br>In addition to the regular conference program, MobiCom 2013 will include a set of pre- and post-conference <a href="http://www.sigmobile.org/mobicom/2013/workshops.html">workshops</a>, keynotes and panels. Also, two parallel programs will be included for research/technology demos and posters (including the ACM Student Research Competition). Students travel grants will be provided on competitive bases.<br><br>New in MobiCom 2013 will be:<br>- Mobile App Competition (details of the competition will be published shortly)<br>- Invited industry presentations in the regular conference program<br>- On site conference interaction smart space<br><br>The venue for MobiCom 2013 will be the <a href="http://miamiregency.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels-miamiregency/">Hyatt Regency Miami</a>. A special hotel rate of $129 plus taxes has been negotiated (single or double including in-room wireless internet). The hotel is centrally located which will allow for easy access to a multitude of upscale restaurants, stores, leisure activities, and Miami attractions.
