A patient-centric value model which was designed for emergent markets, relays on engaging the family of the patient to care for them prior and after procedures. In order to achieve this goal we are developing a literacy program which use gaming engine as mechanism of action base learning to deliver content regardless of the language or dialect the person speaks.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='text-align:justify'><span lang=EN-US>This special session is part of the 6th International Conference on Computer Supported Education (CSEDU - http://www.csedu.org/), which is sponsored by the Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information, Control and Communication (INSTICC), technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Education Society and held in cooperation with the ACM SIGITE - ACM Special Interest Group for Information Technology Education, the European Council for Business Education (ECBE) and ATIEF. INSTICC is Member of the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC), Object Management Group (OMG), European Society for Engineering Education (SEFI), European Association of Technology-Enhanced Learning (EATEL) and International Society for Engineering Education (IGIP).
