Cloud and network analytics can harness the immense stream of operational data from clouds and networks, and can perform analytics processing---possibly in-network, possibly in real-time---to improve fault, performance, and security management. As the premier venue on network and cloud management, IEEE/IFIP Network Operations and Management Symposium (NOMS 2014) debuts a special track on Data Centric Cloud and Network Management to be held in Krakow, Poland, 5-9 May 2014. As part of the main technical sessions, this special track will provide a dedicated and timely venue for presenting and publishing the latest results in cloud and network analytics. </font><font size="3" face="serif"><br>

Authors are invited to submit original contributions written in English that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. Papers must be formatted using the IEEE 2-column format and not exceed 8 pages for full papers and 4 pages for short papers (excluding references). To be published in the IEEE NOMS 2014 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE NOMS 2014 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.</font><font size="3" face="serif"><br>
