== 23-25 June, 2014, Parma, Italy ==<br>
(<a href="http://promasc2014.redcad.org/" target="_blank">http://promasc2014.redcad.org/</a>)<br> <br> Track of the WETICE'2014 Conference<br> (<a href="http://www.wetice.org/" target="_blank">http://www.wetice.org/</a>)<br>
<br>--------------------------------------------------------------------------<br><br>::Overview::<br>As
the paradigm service-oriented architecture gains more prominence in the
development of collaborative applications, the way of management of
these applications is becoming a critical feature in order to provide a
better quality of service. Cloud Computing is a technology that provides
on-demand access to massively scalable resources in the field of
Service Computing. The technical foundations of Cloud Computing include
service-oriented architecture (SOA) and virtualizations of hardware and
software. It has emerged as a new paradigm for deploying, managing and
offering collaborative services through a shared infrastructure.<br>
Provisioning of SOA and Cloud presents a new set of emerging issues and
challenges that are expected to be identified and resolved by the
research community. It includes issues of the proposed approaches at
several levels: modeling, composition, collaboration, planning,
scheduling, monitoring and analysis.<br>
This Track intends to provide an effective forum for researchers and
industry practitioners to exchange innovative ideas and state-of-the-art
research, share experiences and lessons learned from academic research
projects as well as real world projects.<br>
<br>::Topics::<br>Our goal is to bring together researchers and
practitioners to facilitate stimulating discussions on the different
challenges and requirements of provisioning and management of SOA and
Cloud. We are soliciting contributions from both academia and
industrials on the following topics (the list is not exhaustive):<br>
<br> * Collaborative technologies for QoS Management of SOA and Cloud architectures<br> * Service Virtualization for SOA<br> * Collaborative Management of Virtualized Cloud Resources<br> * Monitoring of Cloud Services<br>
* Reconfiguration and recovery of Cloud Services<br> * Modeling and Specification of collaborative Cloud services<br> * Service Level Agreement (SLA) Negotiation, Automation and Orchestration for Cloud Computing<br>
* Cloud Federation<br> * Availability and Reliability of Collaborative Cloud<br> * Cloud and SOA Security and Privacy<br><br>::Submission::<br>Authors
are invited to submit full papers (about 6 pages) of double column text
using single spaced 10 point size on 8.5 x 11 inch pages, as per IEEE
8.5 x 11 manuscript guidelines (<a href="http://www.computer.org/portal/web/cscps/formatting" target="_blank">http://www.computer.org/portal/web/cscps/formatting</a>). <br>
Authors must upload their paper as PDF file using EasyChair : <a href="https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=wetice2014" target="_blank">https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=wetice2014</a> <br>If
any problem arises when submitting your paper, please contact Track
Organizers. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three reviewers for
ensuring high quality.<br>
<br>::Publication::<br>All accepted papers will appear in the WETICE'2014 proceedings published by IEEE CS.<br><br>::Important Dates::<br> * Submission deadline: February 28, 2014<br> * Notification: March 26, 2014<br>
