CALL FOR PAPERS<br>
The 7th Annual International Conference on Mobile Wireless
Middleware, Operating Systems, and Applications<br>
Special Annual Theme: "Mobile Middleware: Connecting Sensors,
Clouds and Big Data"<br>
10-12 November, 2014 – Nanjing, China<br>
<a moz-do-not-send="true" class="moz-txt-link-freetext"

===========================================================================================================<br>
<br>
*Scope<br>
Recent advances in wireless communications, the proliferation of
powerful mobile devices and cloud services have enabled smart
cyber-physical environments and mobile clouds where people and
devices can seamlessly interact and mass-market users are willing
to receive/contribute to a wide range of mobile services,
everywhere and anytime, while interacting with massive amounts of
big data. <br>
A key enabler of these pervasive ubiquitous environments is the
advancement of software and middleware technologies in various
mobile-related sectors, ranging from effective synergic management
of wireless communications to mobility/adaptivity support in
operating systems, from horizontal support to crowdsourcing in
different domains to dynamic offloading to cloud resources as part
of big data, only to mention a few. The middleware connecting
sensors, clouds and big-data remains challenge.<br>

<br>
*Highlights<br>
- For the first time, in 2014, the conference will be held in
China - one of the world largest economy<br>
- MobilWare is endorsed by the European Alliance for Innovation, a
leading community-based organization devoted to ICT innovation
advancements<br>
- All accepted papers will be published by the IEEE Computer
Society and made available through its Digital Library, as well as
in the ICST's own EU Digital Library (EUDL)<br>
- Proceedings will be submitted for indexing in all major biblio
indexes, e.g., Google Scholar, ISI, EI Compendex, Scopus, and many
more<br>
- Extended versions of selected best papers will be invited for
magazine submission (special sections and fast review track) to
IEEE IT Professional<br>
<br>
*Paper Submission<br>
All the papers, formatted according with the usual IEEE
proceedings instructions, have to be submitted through the
conference online system at: <a moz-do-not-send="true"
class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://confy.eai.eu">http://confy.eai.eu</a><br>
Papers will be judged on originality, correctness, clarity and
relevance. Submitted papers must be original work, and may not be
under consideration for another conference or journal. Full
details of submission procedures are available here.<br>
<br>
*Best Paper Award<br>
The program committee will designate one paper accepted to the
conference as MOBILWARE 2014 Best Paper. The winner will be
declared during the conference.<br>
<br>
*Tutorials<br>
Proposals for Tutorials and Workshops are solicited. Potential
Tutorial/Workshop organizers are requested to submit a three-page
proposal in PDF format, including a biographical sketch of each
proponent and a short bibliographic reference list, to the
Tutorial & Workshop Chair by June 15, 2014. All proposals
should be submitted by electronic mail to: <a
