<p>The era of big data computing is coming. As scientific applications become more data intensive, the management of data resources and dataflow between the storage and compute resources is becoming bottleneck. Analyzing, visualizing, and managing these large
data sets are posing significant challenges to the research community. The conventional parallel systems and software will run out of performance with the explosive data scale. Up to now more and more researchers are seeking high-level data level and task
level parallelism using novel soft computing architectures and software.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p>Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Conference papers may only be submitted if the paper was completely re-written or substantially extended (30%). The papers should be
