Attendees learn about emerging technologies and have opportunities to interact with their developers. Presenters gain excellent opportunities to increase the visibility and impact of their work. Modularity'15 solicits high-quality proposals for its demonstration track. Demonstrations may present commercial, academic, or corporate research systems.</div><div><br></div><div>Demonstrations will be selected on the basis of technical merit, novelty, relevance to the modularity and composition community, and feasibility of presentation. The presentation has to focus on technical content and is to be given by technical members of the team.</div><div><br></div><div>To each demo will be allocated 30 minutes, with 10 minutes for the presentation, 15 minutes for the demonstration, and 5 minutes for questions and discussion. Authors of regular papers are also welcome to submit accompanying demonstrations.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Demonstration Topics</div><div><br></div><div>The demonstration track welcomes any submission within the scope of the topics of interest of the main conference, including (though are not limited to):</div><div>- applications of mechanisms to support modularity and composition in the software development life-cycle </div><div>- new technologies for software modularization and composition</div><div>- linguistic mechanism to support modularity and composition</div><div>- modularity in domain specific languages design, implementation and application</div><div>- composable and reusable library of programming entities</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Demonstration Submission Guidelines</div><div><br></div><div>The following information is required for a demonstration submission:</div><div>- Demonstration description of up to 4 pages, with:</div><div> - Title</div><div> - Name, email, address, and phone number of the contact person</div><div> - Names and affiliations of all presenters</div><div> - Abstract of 200 words for advertising the demonstration on the conference web site</div><div> - (Optional but strongly encouraged) Link to a YouTube video (between three to five minutes long) giving a concise version of the demonstration</div><div> - Problems addressed</div><div> - Relevance to modularity and composition</div><div> - Uniqueness of design and implementation</div><div> - Underlying implementation techniques and technologies</div><div> - Relation to other industrial or research efforts</div><div> - Description with screenshots if no movie link is provided</div><div>- A demo paper of up to 4 pages (in the ACM sigplanconf 9pt format); In case of acceptance, this paper will be included in the conference companion proceedings </div><div><br></div><div>Proposals for demonstrations should be submitted in pdf and must not exceed four pages (excluding screenshots), plus four pages for the demo paper. </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>*** Posters ***</div><div><br></div><div>The Poster Event is always one of the most exciting and well attended social events of the conference. It is a perfect opportunity for every researcher to present their work to conference attendees while mingling in a social setting. Do not miss out on this opportunity to take your research to the next level, clarify problem statements, vet solutions, identify evaluation methods or, if you are a student, just prepare for your dissertation.</div><div><br></div><div>Poster Submission Guidelines</div><div><br></div><div>The following information is required for a demonstration submission:</div><div>- A poster preview (ISO A1 Portrait printout)</div><div>- A poster paper of up to 2 pages (in the ACM sigplanconf 9pt format) with i) the poster title, ii) name, email, address, and phone number of the contact person, iii) names and affiliations of the authors.
