The International Conference<br>on Mobile, Secure and Programmable Networking aims at providing a top forum for<br>researchers and practitioners to present and discuss new trends in networking<br>infrastructures, security, services and applications while focusing on<br>virtualization and Cloud computing for networks, network programming, Software<br>Defined Networks (SDN) and their security. Each submission should be at most 16 pages<br>with the Springer’s LNCS format. All submissions should be anonymous (i.e., no<br>author names/affiliations and obvious citations). Submissions are to be made to<br>the submission web site:<br> <a href="https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=mspn2015">https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=mspn2015</a><br><br> Only pdf files are accepted. Submissions not meeting the above guidelines<br>will be rejected without other consideration. The camera-ready version of<br>accepted papers will have to follow the Springer guidelines for publication in<br>the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series. The proceedings will be available<br>at the conference.<br><br> If a student is the main author of a paper, this paper is eligible for the<br>best student paper award. To participate in this selection process, please add<br>the word "STUDENT" in the affiliation field of the submission form. Authors of<br>accepted papers must present their papers at the conference. At least one author<br>of each accepted paper is required to register and present the paper.
