It is my great pleasure to invite you to submit your research work to the
International Workshop on Networking and Communications for Advanced Society
(NCAS2011) that will be held in Bahcesehir University, Istanbul, July 5-8,
2011: http://mmlab.snu.ac.kr/~mchen/ncas2011/

Papers accepted and presented in this conference will be included either in
the ACM Digital Library or in the IEEE Xplore.

There will be best paper awards. Also, selected papers will be further
invited for possible publications for Special Issues in 5 Technical
