Following the traditions of previous successful NPC conferences,

 Submission Guidelines
=======================
Papers must strictly adhere to page limits as follows.
- Full Paper: 8 pages (Max 2 extra pages allowed at additional cost)
- Regular Paper: 6 pages (Max 2 extra pages allowed at additional cost)
Papers exceeding the page limits will be rejected without review.A  
submitted paper must be clearly presented in English, must not exceed
10 pages in LNCS style, including tables and figures, and must be
formatted in PDF format. You can find the LNCS formatting information on

Submission of a paper entails a commitment that, if the paper is accepted,
at least one of the authors will register and attend the conference

 Publications

The Conference Proceedings will be published as LNCS (indexed by EI, ISTP,
and SCOPUS) series published by Springer (confirmed). Papers will be  
selected
based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and
clarity of presentation.Distinguished selected papers accepted and  
presented in NPC 2012, after
further revisions, will be published in the special issues of the following
international journals:- The Journal of Supercomputing - Springer (SCI)
- Cluster Computing (CC) - Springer (SCI-E)
- Human-centric Computing and Information Sciences (HCIS), Springer

We encourage researches to submit their workshop proposals (according to
the guidelines available at NPC-11 web site to Prof. Changhoon Lee
