The Software Product-Line Group at the University of Passau,
leaded by Sven Apel, is seeking a PhD student or Post-Doc working on the
DFG-funded project

*Techniques and Prediction Models for Sustainable Product-Line Engineering*

Candidates are expected to have an interest in software product lines,
program generation, and software analysis. Fluency in English is required.
The position is initially available for a term of three years and is
renewable for another three years. The salary is determined by the
candidates family status according to the German civil service tariff TV-L,
typically around 1600--1900 Euro after tax.

Passau is located at the confluence of the major European rivers Inn
and Danube, at the border of Germany and Austria and close to the Czech
republic. It is well connected with major European locations via train,
and world-wide via the international airport at Munich.

The Computer Science Department of the University of Passau
