******** Author Guidelines

Types of contributions.

We invite three types of submissions:
1. Visionary short papers: papers that present innovative research
projects, which are still at a relatively early stage and do not
necessarily include a full-scale validation. We specially encourage
submissions by starting PhD students.
2. Demo papers: short papers describing innovative tools and prototypes
that implement the results of research efforts. The tools and prototypes
will be presented as demos in the Forum.
3. Case studies reports: Reports on real world cases, using the STARR
(Situation, Task, Approach, Results, Reflection) template.

Submission Conditions:

Forum papers should be submitted in PDF format. They must not exceed 8
pages in LNCS format (see http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html
for further details). The submitted papers must be unpublished and must
not be under review elsewhere. Submission should be made through the
conference management system available at:
https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=caiseforum2013

Publication:

The accepted papers will be included in the special proceedings issue
titled “CAiSE Forum”, which will be formally published by CEUR
(http://www.ceur-ws.org).

Presentation:

Depending on the discussion potential of the accepted submissions, three
to four will be programmed in a special Poster Conference Session, which
will run as a parallel track to the main conference. In this special
track, the authors will have the opportunity to present their work in a
twenty-minute presentation, followed by a twenty-minute discussion. The
other accepted papers/demos will be presented as posters/demonstrations
in the usual Forum session.
