Call for Research-Project Symposium
ECOOP/ECMFA/ECSA 20013
July 01-02 2013

This year ECOOP (http://www.lirmm.fr/ecoop13/), ECMFA
(http://www.lirmm.fr/ecmfa13/) and ECSA (http://www.lirmm.fr/ecsa13/)
will take place in colocation from the 1st to the 5th of July in
Montpellier, France.
The Research Project Symposium was first organised with ECOOP 2011 at
and this year it aims to gather researchers from the various communities
: object-oriented programming, modeling and software architecture domains.
The objectives of this event are:
* To foster European research interaction by providing an explicit
opportunity for European researchers from industry and academia to make
new contacts and start discussions that may lead to new project
proposals and projects at the European level ;
* To provide European research projects (ongoing or ended projects)
with an additional opportunity for disseminating their results,
enhancing the dissemination via academic papers or industrial training ;
* To provide industrial and academic partners from European research
projects with an opportunity to meet and interact the world's top
researchers in the field, and find out about new developments and ideas
that may influence their work in their own projects ; and
* To provide European research projects with an additional opportunity
for organizing a meeting gathering partners attending the main conference.
We would like to invite you to submit a proposal for a contribution. All
accepted contributions will be made available to the general public
through a dedicated on-line resource.
Contribution could have various formats:

- tutorial-style session to present project's results and how these
results could be transferred beyond the scope of the projects
- tool demons to present project's results
- posters
- mini sessions for a meeting (private or public)
Participation in this event can, thus, contribute significantly to the
dissemination activities of your European research project.

Declaration of intent: March 30, 2013
Abstract Submission: April 15, 2013
Notification to Authors : April 30, 2013
Final submissions for online presentation : May 15, 2013
Research Project Symposium : 1-2 July 2013
Structure of the Event
----------------------
The Research Project Symposium will take place in parallel to the ECOOP
workshops on 1st and 2nd of July.
Every contribution can be the object of a poster that could be added to
the conference poster area.
Contributors will take care of their poster printing.
Contributions will be made available on-line.
On request, the conference organizers may provide meeting rooms to
research project symposium participants for more extensive meeting
sessions or project meeting (contact us in this case).
Submission Guidelines
---------------------
For submissions of tutorial-style or demonstrations of integrated
results from current or ended European projects, proposed contributions
can be anything from 30 minutes to 3 hours in length.
Proposals should be submitted as PDF documents outlining the specifics
of the contribution to be presented, should be a maximum of 1 page and
should cover the following sections:
- Names, address, and web site
- Problem description : What problems does the proposed solution address ?
- Target audience expected
- Presentation format proposed.
