The Internet is widely used everywhere. A lot of new users joined the
internet world everyday. Meanwhile many new applications are developed.
Therefore,
research in the architecture and applications of internet continue to grow.
The goal of the international workshop on the Future of the Internet (FOI
2014)  is to bring together multi-disciplinary researchers, professionals
and practitioners from academia and industry who are involved in the field
of internet to discuss recent advances and innovative ideas in this field.
FoI workshop solicits papers on either completed or ongoing research in the
following and related topics of interests include (but not limited to):

o   Internet architecture
o   TCP/IP protocols.
o   DNS protocols.
o   Routing protocols.
o   Internet of things.
o   Data management.
o   Future of Internet applications.
o   Security of Internet
o   Pervasive computing
o   Software architecture
o   Mobile and context-aware computing


All FOI-2014 accepted papers will be printed in the conference proceedings
published by Elsevier Science in the open-access Procedia Computer Science
series
on-line. Procedia Computer Sciences is hosted on
www.Elsevier.com<http://www.elsevier.com/> and
on Elsevier content platform ScienceDirect (www.sciencedirect.com), and
will be freely
available worldwide. All papers in Procedia will also be indexed by Thomson
Reuters' Conference Proceeding Citation Index
http://thomsonreuters.com/conference-proceedings-citation-index/. The
papers will contain linked references, XML versions and citable DOI
numbers. You will be able to provide a hyperlink to all delegates and
direct your conference website visitors to your proceedings. All accepted
papers will also be indexed in DBLP (http://dblp.uni-trier.de/).
