The Extended Paper Submission Deadline to ECyPS’2013: April 15, 2013,  
is quickly approaching.

Dear Colleague,

Please feel invited to submit your papers and/or participate in the  
2013 Mediterranean Conference Event: Embedded and Cyber-physical  
Systems, Budva, Montenegro, June 16-20, 2013.

This international scientific and engineering event combines:

     a broad-spectrum conference: MECO’2013 – the 2013 Mediterranean  
Conference on Embedded Computing considering novel state-of-the-art  
research papers on all aspects of embedded computing
     a focused workshop: ECyPS’2013 - the EUROMICRO/IEEE Workshop on  
Embedded and Cyber-Physical Systems devoted to the recent and ongoing  
research in embedded and cyber-physical systems for modern  
highly-demanding applications
and
     a state-of-the-art summer school:  SS_on_ECyPS’2013 - the 2013  
Summer School on Embedded and Cyber-Physical Systems.

The event is co-sponsored by IEEE, EUROMICRO, MANT, Ministry of  
Science of Montenegro and several other organizations and universities.

MECO’2013 Conference, including the  ECyPS’2013 Workshop, is an IEEE  
conference, with Proceedings indexed in the IEEE Xplore.

Please find attached to this e-mail the corresponding Calls for Papers  
and Participation.

You, your colleagues and your Ph.D. students are welcome to submit  
papers to the ECyPS’2013 Workshop and MECO’2013 Conference, as well  
as, to participate in SS_on_ECyPS’2013 - the 2013 Summer School on  
Embedded and Cyber-Physical Systems.

Registration to SS_on_ECyPS’2013 also covers participation in the  
ECyPS’2013 Workshop and MECO’2013 Conference, and registration to  
MECO’2013 Conference also covers participation in ECyPS’2013 Workshop  
and SS_on_ECyPS’2013.

To enable the Ph.D. students participation in the event, the  
registration fee is very low:
250 EUR early FULL
150 EUR early STUDENT
300 EUR late FULL
200 EUR late STUDENT.

There is also a one day ECyPS’2013 Workshop registration possible at  
100 Euro rate.

Moreover, the special conference prices for accommodation in the 4*  
conference hotel are provided to the conference and summer school  
participants: 35-40 EUR - full pension (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Important Deadlines:
Extended Author's Registration and Paper Submission Deadline: April 10, 2013
Information on paper acceptance/rejection: April 17, 2013
Final paper submission and fee payment by paper authors: May 05, 2013
Early registration payment term: May 18, 2013
Fees payment deadline: June 02, 2013

Please encourage your colleagues and Ph.D. student to submit papers  
and participate in the event.

The ECyPS’2013 Workshop is especially suitable to submit the Ph.D.  
student papers and other papers reporting the ongoing or just  
finalized research.

Please distribute the attached Calls for Papers and Participation as  
broad as possible.
